Mr & Mrs Smith wanted to do away with the existing patio and create something more attractive to sit on in the warmer weather. They decided they liked the Brett Natural sandstone paving colour Modak with an Alpha antique border in burnt oak incorperating a Modak circle. The continental fencing panels provide a little piece of shade if you so wish to escape from the sun.

Having moved into our bungalow 3 years ago we had a useless paved patio on the back of the bungalow, We decided to have this removed and put a brand new one down plus a path up to the shed. We contacted K T Lake on recommendation from one of our friends whom had work done by them, Karl came and discussed the layout of the patio and path and advised us on the materials and other details which we had overlooked, The work was started at the end of February in some rather up and down weather, raining on three of the four days it took to complete the job , We cannot thank Gavin and Declan enough for their hard work and dedication they put into their work, they would consult with us on the layout of the patio and path if there was any problems which there was very few. Nothing was too much trouble for them and when thay had completed the work they tidied up after them to leave the area all around as clean as possible with the weather conditions the had to work in, They finished the area with topsoil which made the job look much tidier and at no extra cost.
