Thorpe End, Norwich

Hi Karl
We were really impressed by your professional and friendly manner Karl and were so grateful that you completed the works promptly, being flexible as to our availability, and on budget.
With the job is finished, we couldn’t be happier with the whole project, a 100m2 patio in a beautiful grey sandstone. Most of the works were completed by Gavin and Declan. They worked so very hard, through two weeks of torrential rain and despite the cold, wet and muddy conditions, they always turned up on time and were cheerful and helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble for any of you and when we asked for some amendments, your ‘can do’ attitude was a breath of fresh air.
The patio looks beautiful and is a wonderful addition to our family home, which is finished at last!
I know we shall enjoy many days sat relaxing and admiring your excellent craftmanship. Thank you all so very much.
We have no hesitation in recommending KT Lake unreservedly. A thoroughly professional, friendly and quality service.
Best wishes
Kate & Frances
