Dear Mr Lake,
I write following the completion of our new patio at the back of our property in Eaton as I wanted you to know how pleased we are with the work. My wife and I have been thoroughly impressed with your professionalism throughout the project, from first thoughts to final completion. Our garden seems twice the size now and we are looking forward to barbeques on the new patio in the summer.
Can we also ask you to pass on our thanks to Nick and Steve for their hard work and good humour throughout the week.
My wife and I would recommend your company without any hesitation and should we need other such work in the future we will not be looking anywhere else.
